I’ve been using the app and website for a bit now, and overall it’s been smooth. The app does what I need it to do, and the website is straightforward enough that I’m not clicking around forever trying to find things. Every now and then a page takes a little longer to load than I’d like, but nothing too frustrating. For the most part, I can get in, find what I’m looking for, and move on.

I had a small issue and support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. They fixed it without much hassle, but I was expecting at least a quick apology for the inconvenience.

I’ve been using inst.cr for a little while now the membership has felt worth it. It’s nothing too flashy, but it saves me time and the price feels fair. Small win for me: I actually got through something I’d been putting off because it was just easier to handle here.

The fees are fair, which is refreshing because apparently that’s not always a given. They’re cheap, straightforward, and I didn’t run into any weird little surprise charges hiding in the fine print.

My order showed up quickly and exactly when expected, which was a nice relief. No waiting around or wondering where it was, really solid service and definitely makes me feel confident ordering again.

I’ve had an okay experience with the app overall, but the main issue is availability. I’ll go in looking for something I actually need, and often it’s just not there. When the items are available, it works fine, but it’s hard to rely on when that’s not consistent.

I was ready to be annoyed if something was missing, but everything I ordered showed up exactly right. No missing items, no mix-ups, so I’m happy with it.

I’m giving 5 stars because the substitutions were handled really well, like surprisingly well. A few things I ordered were out of stock, which usually makes me brace myself for total chaos, but this was super easy.

The shopper sent quick messages and actually picked replacements that made sense. Not random mystery items like I’ve gotten on other apps before, where you wonder if they even looked at the original order.

Everything they chose was close enough to what I wanted, and the prices were totally fine too. It made the whole order feel easy and stress-free, which felt like a small miracle

I had a dispute and did end up getting my refund, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Support took a while to respond, and I had to follow up twice before it got sorted. I’m glad I kept my messages and details saved, because I definitely felt like I needed to be proactive and protect myself a bit through the process.

I’m so tired of getting fruits and veggies from other places that show up bruised, old, or looking like they’ve been sitting around forever. With these guys, everything has been fresh, clean, and actually tastes good. It really shouldn’t feel like a miracle to get decent produce, but here we are. My order did get here, so I’ll give them that, but the shopper didn’t really communicate much. A couple of items were replaced without checking with me first, which felt like something they probably should’ve asked about. The bags were also a bit messy, like things were just thrown in quickly. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it did feel rushed. I’ve definitely had better shoppers on inst.cr, so this one was just okay for me
